Anxiety is one of the most common symptoms of PTSD. People with PTSD tend to freak out quite often. Even a little worrisome thought can make them anxious. PTSD affects the mechanism by which our brains function. It kills the ability of our mind to measure the gravity of a situation and act accordingly. As a result, you tend to lose control of your brain and surrender to chaos. Every person gets anxious at some point. People have different problems that can make them anxious. It's normal. However, people with PTSD are prone to anxiety and find it difficult to restore to their normal conditions.
