Anxiety is one of the most common symptoms of PTSD. People with PTSD tend to freak out
quite often. Even a little worrisome thought can make them anxious. PTSD affects the
mechanism by which our brains function. It kills the ability of our mind to measure the
gravity of a situation and act accordingly. As a result, you tend to lose control of your brain
and surrender to chaos. Every person gets anxious at some point. People have different
problems that can make them anxious. It's normal. However, people with PTSD are prone to
anxiety and find it difficult to restore to their normal conditions.
