Uncertainty about an outcome or a feeling of loss leads to anxiety. We get anxious when we are nervous about something or aren’t sure what will be the outcome of a work done in the past. Anxiety is the inability of our brain to cope up with the pressure caused by an event. When our mind fails to find out a solution to a problem, we get anxious. A bad day at work, no income, relationship debacle, fight with a friend, or no career growth – any of these things can make a person anxious.
